ABOUT Yuma Pawang

As a contemporary Indigenous, identity, language, gender, power, religion, and social norms are intertwined and interspersed in different time and space, reflected in my daily life, through personal experience and ponder, through painting, video art, materials and performances, he attempts to respond to life experiences and explore new forms of understanding outside the mainstream worldview.
